Brunch, Pints & an Early Start
The celebration begins early at James Joyce Irish Pub & Restaurant, with doors opening at 10 AM for a festive St. Patrick’s Day brunch. Guests can enjoy hearty Irish favorites like the traditional Irish fry, bangers & mash, or indulge in brunch classics like chicken & waffles. With perfectly poured pints, brunch cocktails, and a warm, lively atmosphere, it’s the perfect way to kick off the day’s St. Patrick’s celebrations.
Keep the Celebration Going
Starting at 2 PM on March 17th, James Joyce kicks off St. Patrick’s Day with non-stop fun. The Richard Osban Group gets the party going with their energetic Irish tunes, followed by the acoustic sounds of Eagan & Hearn. Later, DJ B.A.B.S. featuring Sarah Larsen keeps the crowd singing, dancing, and celebrating well into the night.
The day also features true Irish flair: the Baltimore City Pipe Band fills the pub with bagpipe music, while the Teelin Irish Dance Company and Loyola Maryland Irish Dance Team wow with high-energy step dancing that’s impossible not to cheer along with. Music, dance, and Irish spirit collide for a celebration that’s lively, authentic, and packed with good times.
Raise a Glass
James Joyce’s bar keeps the St. Patrick’s Day energy flowing with a lineup of Irish drinks that are as much a part of the celebration as the music and dancing. Guinness flows freely, perfectly poured with that iconic creamy head, while favorites like Smithwick’s Red Ale, Harp Lager and Kilkenny Irish Cream Ale are ready to toast the day. The whiskey selection shines with a variety of Irish expressions and classic favorites, perfect for sipping between sets. And for something festive, the pub’s signature cocktails, like a boozy twist on Irish coffee, bring even more cheer to the party.
Why James Joyce is the Place to Be
More than just a bar or a restaurant, James Joyce is where friends gather, music fills the air, and Irish spirit comes alive. Part pub, part cultural hub, and all heart, it’s the perfect spot for one of Baltimore’s most lively St. Patrick’s Day celebrations.
Whether you’re coming for the live music, the high-energy dance performances, the hearty Irish fare, or just to raise a perfectly poured pint with friends, one thing’s certain: a day at James Joyce is a St. Patrick’s Day you won’t forget.
Sláinte!
