The Ruxton, an exciting addition to Baltimore’s vibrant Harbor East neighborhood from Atlas Restaurant Group, is redefining the steakhouse experience with its classic American charm and culinary excellence. Able to accommodate 200 guests for lunch and dinner, this establishment aims to become the epitome of refined dining with a menu designed around 11 meticulously chosen cuts, each sourced from Chicago’s esteemed meat purveyor, Meats by Linz. From tender filet mignon to robust ribeye, patrons can anticipate an array of premium selections crafted to satisfy the most discerning palates.

World-renowned interior designer Patrick Sutton lends his expertise to The Ruxton’s ambiance, fashioning an atmosphere that seamlessly blends sophistication with warmth. Ivory, onyx, and walnut woods converge to create a rich palette that envelops diners in an atmosphere of timeless elegance. The space is illuminated by custom handmade Murano-style chandeliers, casting a soft glow over gatherings of friends, families, and business associates alike. With its meticulously curated menu and exquisite design, The Ruxton has quickly become a beacon of culinary excellence in Baltimore’s bustling culinary landscape, inviting guests to indulge in an unforgettable steakhouse experience.

Prime cuts and world-class cocktails.

The menu puts steak in the spotlight with over 11 cuts from Chicago-based meat purveyor Meats by Linz. The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house. To complement the steak options, seasonal shellfish and seafood entrees will be available including dover sole, Maryland rockfish, whole live lobster, king salmon, Chilean sea bass and more.

The Ruxton will serve lunch every week day and dinner 7 days a week and will be adjacent to Atlas’ new world-class cocktail bar and lounge.

Expertly paired with the classic steakhouse food menu will be The Ruxton’s wine list highlighted by an exhaustive study of the heritage regions of California, including Napa Valley, Sonoma Coast, Sta Rita Hills and Santa Barbara. There will also be a large focus on the wines of France, Spain and Italy.
