Drink to the day made for sake. Each Azumi carries its own unique variety of the Japanese spirit. No matter which location you go to, Azumi has you covered with a wide selection of sake to celebrate with.

Hakkaisan “Yukimuri” Junmai Daiginjo

The white bottle represents the unique snow-chilling method used in its brewing. The rice is polished down to 50%. This “Yukimuro” is aged three years in an insulated room next to huge mounds of snow. This traditional environmentally friendly technique adds a smoother, rounder feeling to the creamy flavor.

Kubota Suijyu Nama Daiginjo

Asahi Shuzo Brewery was established in the 1830s and passed to generations of the same family. This sake is elegant, fresh, and unique. This sake pairs well with any of the nigiri selections.

Kikumasamone Junmai Taru

This sake has been aged in cedar barrels made in the brewery from the local sustainably maintained Yoshino area. Has a smoky and spicy flavor with a peppery finish, we suggest pairing with the spicy beef tenderloin.

Kamatsuru Tokusei Junmai Daiginjo

This is the original Gold-flaked sake, The two edible gold-flake Sakura blossoms in each bottle are meant to represent two cranes who’ve mated for life. The flavors of strawberry and banana pair well with our crudo dishes.

Oze No Yukidoke Rose

This Sake is made with red yeast which is very rare. This served well-chilled goes perfectly with spicy food and dressed nigiri. This is a refreshing sake, perfect for sipping on in the heat.
