Starting this weekend, The Admiral’s Cup is offering a sort of pick-your-own musical experience. On Friday, the veteran Fells Point bar, known for its live concerts, will unveil The State Room, a newly renovated third-floor space that will play host to live DJ sets every Friday and Saturday night. The new addition follows the bar’s recent acquisition by the Atlas Restaurant Group, which pledged to preserve the “lively saloon” spirit of the 230-year-old bar. The State Room will offer the same food and drink options as the The Cup’s downstairs area, which will continue to feature live bands. 1647 Thames St., Fells Point.
