Lucha Rosa, a new rooftop bar at the Moxy Hotel, just opened its doors. And despite its iconic views of the Washington Monument, the bar promises to transport revelers to Oaxaca with rich, vivid interiors, a retractable roof, floor-to-ceiling windows, and one of the largest agave lists in the DMV. Ceviche and tacos round out the robust cocktail list.
