Heirloom tomatoes burst with vibrant summer flavors, offering a juicy sweetness and rich, tangy depth that captures the season’s essence. At Perennial, enjoy them as a part of their Burrata Salad. The fresh flavors of this salad are enhanced with chef’s homemade arugula basil pesto!

The Choptank Annapolis

Over in Annapolis, The Choptank combines two summer classics- Soft Shell Crabs & Fried Green Tomatoes in a picture-perfect stack! The soft shell crabs offer a tender, succulent taste of summer, perfectly complemented by the crisp, tangy bite of fried green tomatoes.

From the Chesapeake Bay to The Oregon Grille, it doesn’t get fresher than the Rockfish entrée! This dish features Chesapeake rockfish, served with a vibrant succotash and creamy summer corn sauce, highlighting the best seasonal flavors with every bite. Then garnished with fresh micro basil, offering a harmonious blend of sweet corn, tender fish, and aromatic herbs

At Tagliata, soup is always in season! Their Tomato and Peach Gazpacho is a celebration of summer’s bounty, with each ingredient showcasing the season’s vibrant flavors.
